The requirement was for an OPD and for 20 Beds with an attached dispensary. The Main OT and Minor OT are located in the First floor. The staircase and the lift lobby were centralized and the second floor facilitated a canteen, conference room and utility.
Apart from fitting in the tried and tested circulation jigsaw, we have worked on the facade of the building.
The facade has been designed to cut out the harsh south sun and the windows are provided with ventilators for
continuous cross ventilation. Many suggestions with respect to thermal insulation for walls have been provided
to the client to counter the Vellore hot and dry climate.
