The 80’s finished apartment had originally enclosed Kitchen, pale marble floor, split level and toilets that called for rework. We set to work with an argued blue print to purge the rooms, highlight the Kitchen, stream the natural light to the depth of the apartment. Teak seemed to charm the client in terms of validation for years from now and we were spoilt (exploit ) to choose some of the finest tiles to fixtures.

Teak sliding windows replaced the original aluminium and glazed vitrified tiles brightened the floors. The storage spaces in bedrooms were customized and the Kitchen with its extended dining table was a delight at the end. The steal was the Bar with its rustic floor and hand painted shutters on canvas( trainees slog…). Indirect lighting set the mood and every time we visit the happy folks we learn they hardly leave the apartment. Now, that’s a compliment we pride!!!
