The focus of this project is the inclusion of two trees - a cork tree and a coconut tree into the defined mass of the building. This is achieved using a central internal garden. Wood in different forms was used to achieve different textures and finishes that would complement the white stark interior along with the red brick cladded exterior. Skylights are used to provide ample light into this corner plot.
